Our story
A moving firm that belongs to the town
Stratford Removals grew out of a simple observation: the moves that go wrong here go wrong for local reasons. A lorry sent up a lane it can’t leave. A crew that has never met a beam like the one over your landing. A quote read off a screen that swells the moment the van arrives. We built a firm to move Stratford-upon-Avon households the way the town actually is — old, narrow, busy in season, and worth the care.
Where we come from
We are based in Stratford-upon-Avon and we work the CV37 catchment and the villages around it — Shottery, Tiddington, Wellesbourne, Alcester, Henley-in-Arden, Shipston, out towards Warwick. Between us the crew has carried more Warwickshire homes than we could count, from bedsits above the high street to farmhouses down unmade tracks.
The same firm runs a European and Mediterranean arm, because a fair number of the households we pack are not staying in England at all — they are bound for France, Spain, Portugal or Cyprus, and they want the people who packed the box to be the people who deliver it.
How we’d rather work
Slowly enough to do it properly. Locally enough to know the shortcuts. Plainly enough that you always know what is happening and what it costs. We answer our own phone and we quote our own jobs — the person you speak to first is the person who sees your move through.
We won’t dress the firm up with things that aren’t true. There are no invented review counts on this site, no award badges we didn’t earn, no press logos we can’t stand behind. When real reviews and real credentials arrive, they’ll go here — and not before.
